Dr. Gentry answers my questions with visuals to be sure that I have a full understanding. She fully explains procedures ahead of time so I know what to expect. Dr. Gentry is very knowledgeable and thorough which is why she has my confidence. Dr. Gentry takes care of business!

Dr. Lee is amazing! She really listens and tries to find the best options for you. I really appreciate the time she takes to explain things and to go the extra mile. She really is the best!

I'd had a kind of stressful day and the admitting staff were really helpful, especially since my usual dr's office had once again failed to send my paperwork despite repeated requests. They called my Dr.'s office and pretty much wouldn't back down till they got the paperwork they needed so I wouldn't have to reschedule my appointment.
Also I thought I'd lost my debit card but then I found it in my car, where it must have slipped after I paid my parking meter. So that all turned out nicely. They were very patient and helped me look for it.
Dr. Gentry was easy to talk to and very upbeat. I like her.
One odd thing is the map says "STD testing" which was a little awkward since that's not why I was going there. :-D I suppose it would be more awkward if I WERE going for STD testing. :-D

I had a great experience! Irene was patient with me as I asked all my questions, and gave me thoughtful, thorough answers. I really appreciate a medical experience where I feel comfortable having open and direct conversations.

Overall good as Dr.Gentry took her time and I feel like she was completely engaged the whole time. Only downside was the waiting time which was a little over one hour.... hope it was a one-time thing.

I am very happy with East Bay Women's health. I feel very comfortable and heard whenever I have a visit. Even when my primary doctor, Dr. Gentry, isn't available (due to delivering a baby) and I've had to see other doctors in the practice, I have found them to be just as kind and professional as Dr. Gentry. I've never gone to an office where I liked and felt comfortable with every physician in the practice. I love it!! This is a very synergistic group

I was very happy with my consultation with Dr. Selling. She was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She provided great detail to my questions and offered suggestions that took into account my personal concerns. I would happily visit her again and recommend her to my relatives and friends.
