Dr. Stellling was really patient and had excellent bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be making my next appointment with her.

Dr. Stelling is great and very happy to answer questions. The wait time posted was 40mins with an appointment and i waited 1.5 hours. Total appointment time was 2 hours for a simple pap smear.

Dr. Gentry has a both matter of fact and soft demeanor that gives you confidence in knowing the facts but also shows compassion for the information whether positive or challenging. You couldn’t ask for more. She is a lovely person and a pure professional.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Gentry so switched. Little did i know my first visit with her would be a 6 week ultrasound for my son. Gentry is hands down the best OB i have had (and i have had numerous in my 38 years). She listens and accommodates, balancing western medicine with intuition. She was open and honest about vaccinations and tests needed during pregnancy, working with me to make the best decisions based on current research. I had a several medical complications with my pregnancy and Gentry communicated via phone and email regularly. When i got my c section, she was personal and human as she talked thru the entire procedure. I have seen friend's incisions and recovery stories and mine looks clean, skilled, and recovery was short. This is because of Gentry's skilled hands with the knife and knowledge of the female anatomy. I am very critical of doctors and Dr. Gentry is a gifted medical angel and i feel blessed to have worked with her for this pregnancy and beyond. She is personal, intuitive, down to earth, professional and an expert in her craft, keeping herself up to date with current medical trends and advancements. There is a reason she is featured in so many medical publications... a star in her field. My only critique would be that she runs about :15-30 minutes late for office visits... but was worth the wait for me.

I went there for what I felt would be a stressful appointment. Dr Gentry made it very easy to handle it by being a great listener, being gentle and giving me all the information I wanted to have.

I have had nothing but great experiences with East Bay Women's Health. My obstetrician is Dr. Gentry, but I have been seen by Drs. Mendelssohn and Stelling on one occasion each, both were equally pleasant. Recently, I was unable to complete my out of pocket payment due to my high deductible insurance plan. However, Dr. Gentry allowed me to set up a payment plan. I couldn't be more grateful for that kindness and compassion. It is really nice to have a doctor that understands that sometimes life happens. In addition, she is easy to talk to and gives great advise, both medically and on life in general when asked for it. I have a new found appreciation for the wealth of information that she has, and I cant wait for her to deliver my baby. I look forward to continuing my gynecological care under Dr. Gentry beyond OB and prenatal care.

Dr. Gentry was very knowledgable and helpful with lovely bedside manner. The lower rating is due to a very long wait time even though I arrived on time for my appointment (55 minutes which did not seem unusual for this doctor). As long as you are not in a hurry, you will get very good care. 5 stars for care, 1 for convenience so I averaged them out.
